Your role
Reporting to the Production Director, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities to meet deadlines, quality standards, and organizational objectives.
Your responsibilities
Production:
- Plan production schedules and organize work shifts
- Ensure workforce availability
- Assign tasks and manage job rotations
- Verify employee training before assignment
- Monitor order progress and adjust priorities
- Plan overtime requirements
- Collaborate with various departments
- Ensure proper transmission of production documents
Quality:
- Identify and resolve non-conformities
- Complete tracking and reporting documents
Team Management and Supervision:
- Assess workforce needs
- Validate worked hours and absences
- Ensure compliance with standards and procedures
- Apply the collective agreement
- Plan and supervise training
- Evaluate employee performance
- Apply disciplinary measures as needed
Profile sought

Required skills
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems

Requirements
Education:
- College diploma (DEC) in operations management or equivalent
Experience:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in production supervision
