How you’ll make an impact
Leverage your expertise in requirements management, user story development and business analysis to deliver solutions that enable organizational change, working in FCC’s modern AWS data environment.
As a Data Product Analyst, you’ll collaborate with domain partners and Agile teams to refine requirements, manage backlogs and ensure solutions are accurate, reliable, and ready for release. Through steady, iterative delivery, you’ll help enhance and simplify processes, guide decision-making, and provide value across complex technical and business domains.
In this role, you'll bring a data‑driven mindset, strong attention to detail and clear communication skills to drive improvement and business value in a collaborative Agile environment.

What you’ll do
- Build, maintain, and enhance data capabilities supporting Customer Management Solutions business domains
- Analyze, triage, and refine backlog items into clear, actionable user stories and requirements
- Actively support backlog prioritization and process automation to ensure high-quality product increments are delivered on schedule
- Validate and test data and solutions, including reconciling queries to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Partner with team members and domain stakeholders to help uncover underlying needs and opportunities beyond initial stakeholder requests
- Facilitate problem-solving and solution discussions, fostering alignment and continuous improvement
- Plan, prioritize, and deliver work within agreed timelines by balancing scope, dependencies, and tradeoffs while adapting to change
- Ensure a high standard of quality prior to product increment release
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems or a related field, and at least three years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience and knowledge with data warehouses and cloud environments (AWS)
- Proven expertise in gathering and documenting requirements, troubleshooting technical issues and writing high-quality user stories
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
- Strong experience and knowledge with data warehouses and cloud environments (AWS)
- Strong commitment to data quality and accuracy, and respect for compliance with related policies and procedures
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building and validating queries in AWS RedShift
- Exposure and familiarity with Agile principles
- Demonstrated Informal leadership through influence, collaboration, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Lending or financial services domain knowledge
