Overview
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team installing and servicing a variety of exterior wall systems on commercial and institutional buildings. This role involves working with modern cladding products and contributing to high-quality building envelope projects across the Edmonton area.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, work orders, and project specifications to plan installations
- Measure, mark, and prepare surfaces for accurate installation
- Apply air and vapour barrier membranes using appropriate tools and techniques
- Cut, fit, and install sub-girts (z-bars) and support systems
- Install and repair exterior cladding systems such as:
- Aluminum composite panels
- Cement and fibre panels
- Insulated metal panels
- Corrugated metal cladding
- Wood composite siding
- Coordinate work with other trades and follow site direction
- Load, unload, and organize materials on site
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
- No formal education required
- Ability to follow safety regulations in accordance with OH&S standards
- Physically capable of handling demanding labour, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and punctuality
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Valid driver’s license considered an asset
- Must supply own CSA-approved steel-toe boots
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cladding or building envelope systems is an asset
- Willingness to learn — product-specific training provided on site
Compensation
- Skilled Labourers: $22 – $28/hour (based on experience)
- Metal Cladding Installers: $22 – $37/hour (based on experience)
Working Conditions
- Monday to Friday schedule, starting at 7:00 AM (minimum 9-hour shifts)
- 1-hour lunch break (30 minutes paid)
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions (summer heat and winter cold)
- Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail
- Exposure to construction site conditions including noise and dust
- Work locations vary throughout the Edmonton region (personal vehicle an asset)
Pay: $22.00-$38.00 per hour
