Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support in a professional environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the office calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Utilize computer systems to manage patient records and office documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Operate office equipment, including phone systems and computers, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic billing tasks is preferred.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Experience in a dental office setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
