Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
- Manage POS systems and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Lead team meetings, conduct interviews, and foster a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance overall dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health standards
- Assist in developing menus, promotional activities, and special events to attract customers
Requirements
- Proven restaurant management experience with a strong background in food service, food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
- Knowledge of food handling, serving, and kitchen experience within the food industry or hospitality sector
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in team management and interviewing potential staff members
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in hotel or barista settings is a plus but not required
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional attitude towards guest satisfaction
