Marketing Co-ordinator - Junior - Job Description:
This role involves executing marketing strategies for bank's retail credit card portfolio, focusing on customer experience enhancement and business objective achievement. The Marketing Co-ordinator will support lifecycle campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing communications.
Marketing Co-ordinator - Junior - Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and achieve business goals for retail credit card portfolio.
- Assist marketing managers with the development and execution of lifecycle campaigns.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to architect customer journeys and create impactful communications.
- Ensure marketing initiatives adhere to brand standards and product positioning.
- Manage timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver marketing solutions.
- Become a subject matter expert on Canadian retail credit cards.
- Drive initiatives aimed at growing the share of wallet and retaining credit card customers.
Marketing Co-ordinator - Junior - Mandatory Skills:
- Completed undergraduate degree in marketing, business, commerce, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in the financial industry is an asset.
Marketing Co-ordinator - Junior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in marketing within the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing principles.
