Rural Roads Health Services (RRHS) is actively seeking applicants for a Cardiac Technician position for the Diagnostic Imaging Department.
The primary location for this position is: Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital
Position Summary
The Cardiac Technician provides technical expertise related to performing and reporting non-invasive cardiac testing procedures.
Qualifications Required

Cardiovascular Technologist diploma or equivalent is preferred with active registration and membership in good standing with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologist (CSCT)

Current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification is required.

Recent related experience in performance of E.C.G., Stress Test and Holter monitoring is an asset.

Working knowledge of Cerner, MUSE, Philips Holter SoftwareM-Health is considered an asset.

Advanced arrhythmia interpretation skills.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in an inter-professional environment.

Self-directed, self-motivated, work independently and prioritize work situations.

Proven advanced decision making and problem solving abilities.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Other pertinent conditions:
- Salary per the OPSEU collective agreement ($32.595 per hour to $37.26 per hour)
