Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated In Clinic Clinical Research Coordinator for a one-year contract to support our clinical research initiatives. This role involves coordinating and managing clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate data collection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, data management, and medical terminology, with experience supervising clinical activities. Duties
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up
- Collect, record, and manage clinical data accurately and securely
- Perform phlebotomy procedures as required for sample collection
- Ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards
- Supervise and train research staff and study participants when necessary
- Maintain detailed documentation of study activities and outcomes
- Assist with analysis of collected data to support research objectives
- Communicate effectively with study sponsors, regulatory bodies, and healthcare professionals
Skills
- Proven experience in research and data management within a clinical setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures, including phlebotomy
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection and documentation
- Supervisory experience in managing research staff or clinical teams
- Background in nursing or related healthcare fields is highly desirable
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting research data and identifying trends
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Current RPN status, in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario and be able to work in Ontario
- Only applicants currently residing in Canada, with a valid licence to work in Ontario will be considered
- Cardiology, ICU, ER or office based experience more than 2 yrs
- Current Valid Ontario RPN License, Liability Insurance
- Ability to think critically, solve situations based on protocols and algorithms
- Work independently, multitask
- Excellent Venipuncture skills
- Excellent Computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Current Covid Vaccine

Competitive wage based on experience
