Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our hog and blueberry farms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: In the hog barns; supervising and monitoring livestock health and welfare, record keeping, shipping, cleaning (pressure washing), environment control, maintenance of farm equipment, systems and buildings, feed preparation. In the berries; supervising crop health, irrigation, weed control, pruning and harvesting, operating equipment. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as with a team, technical skills in maintenance, the ability to handle equipment and manual labor.
Qualifications
- Min 1 year hog barn experience
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
