About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HVAC Administrator to support our operations team. This role is central to keeping our crews scheduled, projects on track, and inventory running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for HVAC crews and service appointments
- Order, track, and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies
- Assist with project coordination to ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Perform light general office duties as needed
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination (HVAC or trades industry a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with payment processing and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office, scheduling/inventory systems, etc.)
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
