Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and attentive Bus Boys/Girls that can work 11 am-4 pm (or 11 am till close with a break in between) to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will support the dining service by maintaining cleanliness, assisting servers, and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the food service industry, hospitality, and customer service. Prior experience in restaurants or food handling is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn. Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping tables, and sanitizing surfaces
- Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs as required
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and prep tasks when necessary
- Ensure proper disposal of trash and recycling to uphold health standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines related to cleaning and food handling
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including early afternoons, weekends and evenings if needed
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and supporting team success
