Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Must have at least 5-year experience in building envelope & restoration work</li>
<li>Blueprint Reading</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)</li>
<li>Must be reliable</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, written and verbal</li>
<li>Must have personal hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, physically fit and able to work well with other</li>
