SMC Towing Group is hiring Scrap Car Hauler / Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team.
This is a high-paced role that requires confidence, efficiency, and strong decision-making skills in the field. We are looking for experienced drivers who can work independently while maintaining safety and compliance at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Scrap vehicle pickups and transport
- Double loading vehicles safely and efficiently (required)
- Operating tow trucks in a safe and professional manner
- Securing loads and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
- Communicating clearly with dispatch and customers
Requirements:
- Valid TSSEA Tow Operator License (MANDATORY)
- Proven experience in towing and/or scrap hauling
- Ability to double load confidently and safely
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure
- Must prioritize safety and compliance at all times
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
- Must have CSA-approved work boots
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our Nepean yard
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
