At True North, our mission is to help eligible Canadians obtain the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) and reclaim their unused tax credits and benefits. We are looking for diligent, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Case Representative team.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Inbound and outbound correspondence (phone calls, emails, faxes) with key stakeholders to prepare your clients’ Disability Tax Credit application for submission to the Canada Revenue Agency.
- Send written letter requests to medical practitioners to ensure applications are completed and submitted within a timely manner.
- Provide frequent status updates to clients with the goal of keeping them informed on their claim status.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs and objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records in a timely manner within our system.
Qualifications:
- Must reside and work within the Metro Vancouver or Fraser Valley regional districts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively, think critically to problem solve and resolve conflict, adapt to change when required.
- A commitment to learn the eligibility criteria for the Disability Tax Credit and basic income tax knowledge.
- Medical industry and/or sales experience is considered an asset but not required.
