We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional specializing in roofing solutions to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, develop new business, and manage key accounts within the roofing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, B2B interactions, and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English is a must, It will enable effective communication with our client base. This position is integral to expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer service through tailored roofing solutions.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and industry events
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate roofing products and services
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while meeting client needs
- Manage accounts proactively, providing ongoing support and ensuring project completion to client specifications
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Utilize CRM tools such as Roofr/go high level to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Present technical roofing solutions clearly and effectively to clients, demonstrating product benefits and value propositions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from initial contact through installation
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, Inside sales or business development within the roofing or construction industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred) for engaging diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated ability in account management and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth
- Technical sales experience related to roofing products or construction materials is highly desirable
- Proficiency in analysis skills for assessing market data and customer needs
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer information
- Ability to develop strategic plans for business expansion and client retention
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor conducive to building long-term relationships
