Duties
- Perform cleaning and custodial tasks across hotel public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly support to guests throughout their stay.
- Maintain hotel cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
- Support industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleaning of common areas or specialized spaces.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns with a positive attitude, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to uphold health standards and prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and hospitality practices.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
