Cleaning Supervisor
Universal Clear-Up Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor in Lethbridge, AB, to oversee cleaning operations, supervise staff, and maintain the company's quality standards, and support day-to-day operations throughout Southern Alberta.
Position Details
Full-Time, Permanent
30-40 hours per week
Wage: $26 per hour
Work Location: Lethbridge and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure company standards are maintained.
- Train new and existing employees according to Universal Clear-Up Solutions Inc.’s cleaning standards, quality control procedures, safety policies, and customer service expectations.
- Communicate effectively with English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients, employees, suppliers, property managers, and company management.
- Schedule employees and assign daily work responsibilities.
- Select and use appropriate cleaning products, chemicals, equipment, and tools according to the requirements of each project.
- Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques and train employees in company cleaning procedures.
- Coordinate inventory, supplies, equipment maintenance, and equipment repairs.
- Pick up and deliver cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials as required.
- Ensure all company equipment, tools, and supplies are maintained in a clean, organized, safe, and operational condition.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to maintain company standards.
- Enforce company policies, workplace safety procedures, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in residential, commercial, move-out, post-construction, and specialty cleaning services.
- Experience with floor stripping, waxing, polishing, buffing, and professional window cleaning techniques is an asset.
- English required and Spanish is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Reliable vehicle required.
- Criminal Record Check required.
- Must be bondable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
