We are currently seeking a motivated and student-focused Education Sales Representative to join our growing team and help drive enrollment growth.
Position Overview
The Education Sales Representative will play a key role in connecting prospective students with the right courses, guiding them through the admissions process, and achieving enrollment targets. This role requires a balance of consultative sales skills, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Conduct consultations with potential students to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the application and enrollment process
- Maintain a deep understanding of course offerings, schedules, and funding options
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to optimize lead quality and conversion
- Attend online and in-person info sessions, career fairs, and other promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales, customer service, or admissions experience (education industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and provide excellent student support
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Fluent in English (bilingual is a strong asset: Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc.)

Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
