Overview
Syncro Security Inc. is looking for reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team at a construction site in Brampton. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Construction site security experience is an asset, and candidates must have reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance.
Location: Construction Site
Start Date: Monday, August 3
Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shifts)
Schedule: Full-time hours, weekdays with weekend shifts as required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the construction site
- Monitor and report all activity on site
- Complete detailed incident reports
- Contact emergency services in the event of theft or other emergencies
- Log all truck arrivals and departures using the site's online system
- Ensure all security procedures and site safety protocols are followed
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Excellent communication skills and strong decision-making abilities
- Own vehicle is required to ensure reliable transportation to the site
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safety gear are required
- Construction site security experience is considered an asset
- Previous tactical security experience is considered an asset
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends when required
Pay: $18.00 per hour
