Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, with the ability to communicate effectively with children and parents. Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Educate and supervise young children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate learning and development
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Provide individualized attention to each child's needs
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Utilize organizational skills to plan lessons and activities effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting
- Strong leadership skills to manage a classroom effectively
- Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial
- Proficiency in computer operation for lesson planning and record keeping
