Sales Representative – HVAC CleanPro (New Brunswick)
Job Summary
HVAC CleanPro is expanding across New Brunswick and we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to help grow our presence in Moncton, Saint John, and Fredericton.
This is an opportunity to join a growing company where you’ll help customers improve comfort, efficiency, air quality, and long-term equipment performance.
This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our presence in the HVAC industry through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, and technical sales, with excellent negotiation and client facing skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your sales expertise will directly impact company growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to inbound leads and booking appointments
- Outbound sales and lead generation
- Meeting with residential and small commercial clients
- Assessing customer needs and recommending solutions
- Preparing and presenting quotes
- Following up with prospects to close business
- Working with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized with strong follow-up habits
- Previous sales experience preferred
- HVAC, home services, or trades experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
