Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Mowing and Install Crew Member to join our landscape team. This role involves performing lawn care, landscape installation, and site maintenance to ensure high-quality outdoor environments for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, and be eager to contribute to a dynamic team focused on excellence in landscape services.
Duties
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other hand and power tools to maintain lawns and landscaped areas
- Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting, mulching, and soil preparation
- Assist with construction-related tasks such as setting pavers, installation of retaining walls and other features within landscapes
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
Experience
- Must be able to lift over 50lbs**
- Must have class 5 licence.**
- Must be able to pull trailers.**
- Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, horticulture, or related outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction or maintenance work is advantageous
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads as needed
- Ability to carry out tasks independantly or as part of a team.
- Ability to operate skidsteer and excavator considered an asset.

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
