About the Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Provide evidence-informed manual therapy, exercise prescription, and therapeutic interventions.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of health and care professionals of BC.
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
