PUCHASING AGENT
DDR North Americas a leading Canadian manufacturer of hydronic boilers is taking
applications for the following position in Mount Forest, Ont.
Position: Purchasing Agent at DDR North America
Ensure the effective management of materials for hydronic boiler production. Your contributions will streamline
logistics and maintain quality standards.
Reporting to the Produciton Manager, this role centres on managing assembly materials, warehouse
materials, and inventory levels to support production needs. You'll execute Material Requirement Planning
(MRP), help create purchase orders, and document procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Material Requirement Planning and order placements
- Develop purchase requisitions for required materials
- Oversee material quality and documentation processes
- Validate supplier invoices and resolve issues
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Purchasing, or related field
- 5 years of purchasing experience in relevant industries
- Strong analytical and efficient communication skills
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks
Pay range - $25 and up, depending on experience.
