Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks around the worksite, supporting the smooth operation of projects, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute. Prior experience is a plus but not required
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the worksite
- Operate basic tools and machinery as instructed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Prior manual labor or construction experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of safety standards related to construction or industrial work is advantageous
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
