Job Description: Accounts Payable
Location: Unit 1, 20 South Landing Drive, Oak Bluff

Position Summary
Accounts Payable position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, while maintaining organized financial records. This role supports the accounting team by ensuring all payable transactions are completed efficiently and in accordance with policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare payments for processing
- Maintain accurate and up to date payable records
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Filing
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma (post-secondary education in accounting or finance is an asset)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of Excel
Salary: Starting at $17.50 per hour; compensation will be adjusted based on experience and qualifications
