What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional haircuts, colour services and styling experiences.
- Build lasting relationships with your guests through personalized consultations and outstanding service.
- Continue growing your skills through ongoing education and mentorship.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team that values professionalism, creativity and continuous learning.
- Recommend professional products and home care solutions that help guests achieve beautiful, healthy hair.
- Help create an exceptional salon experience from the moment every guest walks through the door.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of professional hairstyling experience.
- Strong cutting, colouring and styling skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Positive, professional and team-oriented attitude.
- Commitment to continuous education and staying current with industry trends.
- Excitement about helping build a brand-new salon from the ground up.
- A valid hairstylist licence (or eligibility to work as a hairstylist in Newfoundland and Labrador).

Compensation
We offer competitive compensation based on experience. Commission opportunities are available for experienced stylists, and hourly opportunities may be available for the right candidate as they build their clientele.
