Our client, a dynamic organization in the customer service and support industry, is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join their team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting diverse client needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, coachability, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Call Center Agent
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Pay Range: : $17.50 – $20/hr
Shift: Must be available all 7 days of the week (Sun - Sat).
Shifts vary by client and can range from daytime (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) to overnight (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM).
What's the Job?
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Adapt to various client needs and shift schedules, including daytime and overnight shifts
What's Needed?
- Minimum 6+ months of call center or customer service experience (1 year preferred)
- Typing skills of 25+ WPM required (30+ WPM preferred)
- Background in hospitality, financial, or call center environments is highly preferred
- Ability to work all 7 days of the week, with flexible scheduling
- Strong soft skills including empathy, coachability, and adaptability
