Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, honest and detail-oriented Housekeeper with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a private residence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order in employer’s home. This role requires strong time management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills to ensure a pleasant experience for all family members and staff. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks and responsibilities while adhering to the highest standards of courtesy. Previous experience in residential cleaning, laundry, and hospitality is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough residential detailed cleaning tasks; including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing floors, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, changing bed linens and towels.
- Fabric and wardrobe care; washing, ironing and steaming high-end linens.
- Restocking essential supplies, collect and dispose of trash, report maintenance issues, and keep inventory.
- Assist with seasonal organizing; rotating seasonal wardrobes, organizing closets and storage areas.
- Monitoring, dusting, and vacuuming guest rooms or unused areas regularly, even if unoccupied.
- Wiping down high-touch surface areas daily.
- Maintaining seasonal exterior areas; front & side porch, loggia and pool site.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within designated time frames.
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly after use.
- Managing deliveries and coordinating with external service providers if necessary.
- Uphold a high level of care by being kind, approachable, cooperative and responsive to employer's inquiries.
- Follow established cleaning schedule and understand employer's specific needs and preferences.

Requirements
- Previous 1 -2 years experience in high-end residential housekeeping or related fields.
- Valid driver’s license and current police record check.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Highly organized with attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player when necessary.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality services.
