Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining clear, proactive communication across email, phone, and meetings.
- Drive Results: Analyze key metrics, identify areas for optimization, and make recommendations to improve client outcomes. You’ll bring a strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and other digital marketing tactics to create data-driven strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster long-term client relationships by offering exceptional service, providing insights, and understanding each client’s goals.
- Develop and Present Proposals: Lead client meetings and present tailored proposals, helping to win new business and grow existing accounts by showcasing Asterisk Marketing’s value.
- Oversee Project Milestones: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to clients and team members to ensure on-time delivery and successful outcomes.
- Provide Strategic Insights: Use your expertise to interpret data points, suggest strategies, and promote additional services that support clients’ marketing goals.
Skills and Experience:
- A post-secondary diploma/degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in account or project management.
- Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to convey clear, strategic messaging across platforms. Strong copywriting abilities are a plus.
- Must be comfortable in a client-facing position. This role requires regular communication via phone, email, and Zoom with clients.
- Proven understanding of PPC, SEO, and paid digital marketing tactics, with familiarity in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, SEO tracking tools, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, with a proven ability for managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and coordinating tasks across various team members and stakeholders.
