The Howard Johnson Plaza By Wyndham is currently hiring Room Attendants. As a Room Attendant you will be responsible for providing guests with the best possible service and experience by ensuring that all hotel rooms and areas are neat, tidy, organised, and meet the highest standard of cleanliness. You will also create a warm and friendly environment by providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Start: ASAP
Shifts: Mornings, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Compensation: $17.60 to $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Clean rooms as indicated by the daily room list.
- Replenish all amenities.
- Distribute clean linens.
- Make up beds per hotel standards.
- Complete main report and room status report.
- Report any maintenance problems that require immediate action to management as soon as discovered.
- Vacuum hallways to maintain cleanliness at the end of each shift.
- Assist with the overall housekeeping operation.
Qualifications
- 1 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, reach, stretch, and lift
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands.
