Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled asphalt shinglers, contractors, and laborers to join our team. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using asphalt shingles and metal panel.
- Perform caulking and sealing of roofs to ensure waterproofing.
- Utilize hand tools, air tools and power tools effectively and safely for roofing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of roofs to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in roofing.
- Strong maintenance person skills with experience in carpentry is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 70 pounds) as required by the job duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to roofing and construction work.
