In-Store Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused In-Store Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing retail sales position where you'll help customers find the right products, provide expert recommendations, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
The ideal candidate has a proven background in business-to-consumer (B2C) retail sales, enjoys interacting with customers, and is motivated by achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and accessories.
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, warranties, and financing options.
- Build rapport with customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Prepare quotations and process sales transactions accurately.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and outstanding quotes.
- Promote new products, accessories, and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
- Assist with showroom merchandising and ensure displays are clean and organized.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Occasionally travel to the Downtown Toronto location to provide sales support when required.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of B2C retail sales experience selling products directly to consumers.
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working toward sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in the automotive industry, including dealerships, auto parts stores, or automotive service environments, is an asset.
Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
