CpK Interior Products Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to support our Maintenance and Engineering team in cross‑functional operational activities.
This role is responsible for the maintenance of equipment to meet production performance standards, including maximizing equipment reliability/productivity and utilizing process tools and knowledge of system capability to set and achieve performance standards. They oversee Maintenance staff, Modular Tooling Specialists, Apprentices and Janitorial employees. Focused on IATF 16949 standards for facilities maintenance and quality improvement through a formal commitment to excellence, cost efficiency and reliability, while contributing to Plant SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) objectives.
What You’ll Do (Key responsibilities, not limited to)

Works in compliance with EHS legislation, Environmental Health & Safety Policies/Programs and ISO14001.

Takes timely action to correct unsafe work habits or work conditions

Perform root cause analysis and effective follow-up counter measures for equipment breakdowns.

Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly work areas and protection of the environment.

Provides Leadership to team to ensure facilities and equipment are operating at their peak performance.

Focus on equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity.

Supervise timely equipment maintenance, ensuring the preventive maintenance schedule is followed properly

Support installation of new equipment and services

Participate in and organize maintenance support of new product launches
-
Implements process enhancements to improve product and changeover efficiency

Develops plans for the implementation of new technology including the implementation of capital plans
-
Utilizes visual factory concepts to maximize asset utilization and plant performance in general
-
Develop all members of team to ensure they have the tools to troubleshoot and repair equipment/facility
-
Tracks standard manufacturing measures, prioritizes opportunities and develops trimester objectives

Ensures that critical spare components are identified and available to maintain production and support equipment

Responsible for workforce planning and safety compliance for the Maintenance Department

Ensure policies and procedures are in accordance with IATF 16949 standards with respect to quality of work, maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, and protection of the environment.
What You Bring

University degree, diploma or equivalent work experience
-
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in manufacturing industry.

Minimum of three (3) years as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in the automotive industry

Strong knowledge of tooling, manufacturing, assembly processes

Previous experience working in a union environment

Strong technical knowledge – troubleshooting, schematics, manuals, automation (robots, PLC logic)

Familiar with lean manufacturing systems and implementation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Must be willing to work any assigned shift, work daily, weekend, and holiday overtime as required
Work Schedule & Pay

Schedule: Full‑time, On-site, Warehouse
-
Hours: Afternoon Shift Occasional OT required. Weekend work depending on position when scheduled as per customer demand

Overtime: As required, in accordance with company policy and applicable legislation
-
Compensation Range: $70,000 – 90,000 annual
This range reflects our current expectations as of this posting’s date. Your final salary offer will consider various key factors, including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographical locations, as well as the needs and requirements of the business.
