Zurich Canada is currently seeking an experienced Learning Experience & Technology Lead to help design, deploy, and manage modern, scalable, and high-impact learning solutions at an enterprise level while supporting embedded L&D partners within business units to drive impact throughout the organization.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President (AVP), Enterprise Learning, you will help advance enterprise-wide learning priorities as well as business-specific capability needs, working closely with technical L&D partners, HR partners, and other stakeholders to execute learning plans, enable business results and strengthen the employee learning experience.
