Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly or machine operation tasks
- Follow work instructions, safety rules, and quality standards
- Conduct basic inspections and checks
- Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks as instructed (cleaning, lubrication, visual checks)
- Support packaging, material handling, and shipping preparation when required
- Report abnormalities or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization (6S)
Key Requirements and Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly roles is asset.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and possess good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints, instructions, or diagrams. Proficiency with manual and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality control, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in English or French to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Adherence to safety protocols and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
