- Assist customers in both English and Spanish throughout the vehicle purchase process
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the Spanish-speaking community
- Manage incoming leads and customer inquiries
- Develop and grow your own client portfolio
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and personalized experience
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a “go-getter” mindset
- Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive sales experience is an asset but not required
