MIGHTON'S WELL SERVICES
Stayner, Ontario · Serving Simcoe County & Grey County
Well & Pump Technician
Full-Time Permanent · Stayner, ON (Field-Based — Simcoe County & Grey County)
Simcoe County and Grey County run on private wells and Mighton's Well Services has been the name locals call for over 60 years. We are currently looking for a licensed Well & Pump Technician to join our team. This is a field-based role with real autonomy, a 60-year reputation behind you, and the kind of varied work — drilling, pump service, water treatment, emergency calls — that keeps the trade interesting. If you are the type of technician who thrives on the thrill of a diagnostic challenge, you’ll find plenty of opportunities here to put your complex problem-solving skills to the test.
About Mighton's Well Services
Mighton's Well Services has been a trusted name for water well drilling and service across Simcoe County and Grey County since 1964 — over 60 years of family-owned operation. Based in Stayner, we serve 18 communities within a 50 km radius of Wasaga Beach, covering everything from new well drilling and pump installation to acid treatment, well decommissioning, and 24/7 emergency response. We hold MECP Well Contractor Licence and perform all work to Ontario Regulation 903 standards. We know the ground in this region; from the sandy overburden near Wasaga Beach to the fractured bedrock near the Niagara Escarpment; and our clients count on us to get it right.
