Are you a student or someone looking to gain valuable customer service experience with a world-class automotive dealership? Erin Park Toyota is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional Part-Time Greeter to be the first point of contact for our guests.
Schedule:
Monday: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Thursday: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
This position is ideal for someone attending school who is looking to build their customer service skills while working in a fast-paced, professional environment with one of Canada's leading Toyota dealerships.
Our showroom concierge is a key member of the team as they are the first point of contact for our guests visiting the dealership. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience with:
Providing exceptional customer service
Passion for providing hospitality service
Ability to prioritize and problem solve
As a Greeter/ Concierge you are responsible:
Greeting and welcoming our Guests with a smile as they enter the showroom and guest lounge.
Answering and directing internal calls for sales team.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the guest lounge, coffee machine, drink station and restocking our complementary guest snacks.
Coordinating vehicle licensing between our Product Advisors and accounting department.
Working with sales department to provide general adhoc sales support.
