Marquis Building Maintenance Supplies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail and wholesale environment and enjoys working with customers, sales, inventory, and daily business operations.
We are looking for a professional individual with strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a retail and wholesale environment
- Follow up with customers regarding orders by phone and email
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Prepare invoices and process customer transactions/cashouts
- Assist with purchasing and supplier orders
- Track and manage inventory levels
- Maintain accounts receivable (AR) records and follow up on outstanding balances
- Organize and file paperwork and business documents
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Support daily office and operational tasks as required
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with Windows applications and general computer use
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Janitorial and cleaning supplies
- Packaging supplies
- Food take-out packaging and restaurant supplies
- Wholesale or retail distribution environments

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm)
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
