Work where others vacation! Our Resort is looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team in the beautiful South Okanagan Valley. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in preparing quality food, we’d love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Sous Chef or Head Chef, the Line Cook supports daily kitchen operations by preparing menu items, maintaining a clean workstation, and working collaboratively with the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
This role requires standing for extended periods and working with hot equipment during busy service periods.

Surrounded by vineyards, orchards, and Lake Osoyoos in the backyard, we are a 112 room resort offering modern amenities, an onsite restaurant and bar, and Osoyoos's only licensed private beach bar!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Set up and stock stations before service
- Maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation standards
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety guidelines
- Work closely with kitchen team members to execute orders efficiently
- Assist with restocking and inventory as needed
What You Bring
- Strong basic culinary skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices (certification is an asset)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
