Ignition Motorsports is looking for a parts and service advisor to join our team. This is a central, front-of-house role that combines parts and gear sales, online orders, shipping & receiving, and service customer coordination.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers picking up and dropping off units for service, while also managing parts and online sales. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, great with people, and comfortable working in a fast-paced powersports environment.

Ignition Motorsports has proudly served the Cowichan Valley since 2013. We sell and service motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and karts, representing brands including Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, CFMOTO, and Talaria. Following a major expansion, we operate from over 7,000 sq ft of modern retail and service space and continue to grow.
Position Overview
The parts and service advisor is responsible for creating a great customer experience from the moment a customer walks in or places an online order to the final service pickup.
You will work closely with the service manager, parts desk, and technicians to ensure customers are informed, parts are available, and orders are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer drop-offs and pick-ups for service and complete checkout
- Communicate with the service team to keep work and timelines on track
- Assist customers with parts and riding gear purchases
- Process, package, and ship online orders
- Receive shipments and manage backorders and special orders
- Provide friendly, professional front-counter customer service
Qualifications
- Excellent people skills and a customer-first attitude
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy shop environment
- Comfortable with computers and point-of-sale systems
- Clear communication skills with customers and technicians
- Experience in powersports, automotive parts, sales, or logistics is an asset (training provided for the right candidate)
