Duties:
- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their preparation methods
- Ability to use butcher tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate portioning of cuts
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Experience:
- meat cutting: 1 year (preferred)
