Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of retail sales operations, and the ability to motivate and develop staff. This role involves overseeing daily store activities, managing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive store performance and achieve business goals. Bilingual abilities and prior supervisory experience are highly valued for this position.

- Supervise staff
- Assign sales duties to staff
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize payments
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
- Manage cash
- Conduct performance reviews
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
