We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury, thrives in a client-focused environment, and is confident in closing high value sales.
The Role:
This is a relationship driven sales role where you will guide clients through some of life’s most meaningful purchases, from engagement rings to custom heirloom pieces.
You will be expected to deliver a high touch, personalized experience while driving results and building long term client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
-Provide an exceptional, luxury level client experience from first interaction to final sale
-Guide clients through bridal and fine jewellery consultations
-Build and maintain strong client relationships and repeat business
-Meet and exceed sales targets through a results driven mindset
-Educate clients on diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewellery
-Assist with merchandising, inventory, and showroom presentation
-Work collaboratively with the team to uphold brand standards and service excellence
What We’re Looking For:
-Minimum 2 years of jewellery experience required
-Strong ability to close high value transactions with confidence
-Polished, professional, and client focused demeanor
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-A genuine passion for fine jewellery and luxury retail
-Detail oriented with a high standard for presentation and service
