Responsibilities
- Assist with property research, listing management, and marketing efforts across various platforms
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client appointments
- Prepare and organize documents such as contracts, disclosures, and transaction files
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate smooth transactions
- Support negotiation processes between buyers and sellers to help close deals efficiently
- Manage administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining organized records
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties through social media, email campaigns, and other channels
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property management practices
Experience
- Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific real estate processes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interactions
- Experience in negotiation or sales is a plus for supporting deal closures
- Familiarity with property management or real estate software tools is advantageous
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele
- Customer service experience will enhance the ability to build positive relationships with clients and vendors
- Organizational skills are critical for managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
