Afternoon Shift Lead / Line Operator — Watermark Beverages, Delta, BC
Watermark Beverages, a growing bottled water and beverage co-packer in Delta, is hiring an Afternoon Shift Lead to run our highly automated production lines.
The role:
- Lead a crew of 4 and own afternoon shift production
- Keep bottling lines running at peak efficiency
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including controls, communication, and hardware issues
- Responsible for shift safety
- Reports directly to management
What you need:
- Electrical experience OR a trades certification (required)
- Hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting ability
- Leadership experience in a production environment an asset
