Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Epic PB Claims Analyst (5+ years) to support professional billing operations in a client-facing role. The candidate will leverage Epic PB expertise to manage the end-to-end claims lifecycle, resolve issues, and partner closely with clients to drive revenue cycle performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve Epic PB claims edits, denials, and rejections
Work directly with client stakeholders to provide updates, insights, and solutions
Perform claim corrections, resubmissions, and payer follow-ups within Epic
Monitor work queues and ensure SLA adherence
Collaborate with coding, front-end, and billing teams for clean claim submission
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of PB claims/billing experience
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Epic PB
Mandatory: PB Claims Certification
Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, denial management, and payer guidelines
Proven client-facing experience with strong communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
