Duties

- Cook menu items with precision, maintaining consistency and quality
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Follow serving protocols to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in food preparation or as a line cook in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
- Familiarity with cooking methods, meal preparation, and kitchen equipment operation
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food service standards and customer satisfaction principles
