We’re growing our field construction crews in Calgary and are seeking motivated team members to support commercial exterior projects throughout the region. This role involves hands-on installation work on modern façade and building-envelope systems for large-scale commercial developments and institutional facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Review site drawings, layouts, and daily installation plans
- Perform measurements and establish layout points and elevations
- Install air/vapour barrier systems according to project and manufacturer requirements
- Measure, fabricate, and install support framing components including Z-girts and related assemblies
- Assist with installation of various exterior cladding and wall systems, including:
- Architectural metal panels
- Fibre cement siding and panel systems
- Insulated wall panel assemblies
- Corrugated and profiled steel cladding
- Composite exterior finishes and wood-grain products
- Work alongside supervisors and other trades to maintain workflow and scheduling targets
- Assist with unloading materials, organizing work areas, and preparing tools and equipment
- Maintain clean and safe job sites while following company and site safety procedures
Qualifications
- No formal trade certification required
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round and at elevated heights
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively with a crew
- Strong English communication skills
- Willing to participate in safety programs, toolbox meetings, and OH&S procedures
- Valid driver’s licence considered an asset
Experience & Requirements
- Experience in exterior cladding, façade installation, or building-envelope construction is beneficial but not required
- On-site training will be provided for suitable candidates
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots are required on all job sites
Pay: $22.00-$37.00 per hour
